The implementation modernized expense handling, accounts payable, project‑related time tracking, and HR administration, replacing paper‑based routines with automated, real‑time workflows. Integrated SAP synchronization ensures accurate financial and project data, while role‑based access and digital document management strengthen transparency and compliance. Together, these capabilities created a unified digital environment that supports faster processing, higher data quality, and more efficient daily operations.
